Seminar Release Forms
As you may know, we are in the process of creating an online version of the Certificate in Terrorism Studies. To this end, we will be video-taping the seminars from now on as they will remain a required component of the Certificate. In order to do this, we require that those who will appear in the recording (i.e. those of you in the audience or who ask questions at the end) sign the appropriate release form. There is a form for students of John Jay (who are over the age of 18) and a separate form for our other guests (including John Jay College employees). You can view the forms here:
For those of you who do not wish to sign the release form (and anyone under the age of 18), we would respectfully ask that you take a seat behind the camera so that you do not appear in the recording and refrain from asking questions while the camera is recording.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you at the seminars!
