Accessibility Skills Session
Co-Sponsored by CUNY Dispute Resolution Center and MH Mediate
A process is accessible if it works well for everyone without anyone having to ask for special treatment.  Accessible practices are flexible, equally appealing to diverse users, intuitive, and tolerant of mistakes.  The session will be facilitated by Dan Berstein.
5:45PM – Arrive and mingle
6:00PM – Accessibility(15 minute Presentation)
6:15PM – Group discussion brainstorming ways to make our practices accessible
7:15PM – Discussion of follow-up in online community, and distribution of checklist tool
We will end at 7:30PM.

MH Mediate is hosting skills sessions in collaboration with the CUNY Dispute Resolution Center at John Jay College.  These sessions dig in deep to focus on a particular conflict resolution skill that people can use as practitioners or during their everyday lives.  All are welcome.
